MEMORY AS AN ALLOTROPE OF PAIN
Images. memories. blur? false!
now this pain will morph into a solemn sigh
& reverberations will hit the walls of our soul.
there is something terrific about falling
& we are haunted by memories we fade into –
some grains of sand are finding home ashore,
the waves and tides are blending into one
& we are finding meaning beyond images
reshaping into kites devoid of wings to fly.
